TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE.

1. Legal or beneficial title to any goods

supplied by Hi Line Trophies are not passed to

the customer until payment has been made in

full.


2. Payment - Our terms are payment in full

within 14 days of invoice date. There after

any discount offered will be removed.

For approved accounts.

Discounts are offered for payments within 14

days of invoice date. There after discounts

will not apply & full payment to be received

within 28 days of invoice, unless otherwise

agreed in writing by Hi Line Trophies.

We reserve the right to charge 2% per month

compound interest on any over due account.



3. We reserve the right to recover from

customers all costs, charges & expenses

incurred by us or our agents in the collection

of monies on overdue accounts.



4. A charge of £20:00 will be made on any

cheques returned unpaid, what ever the reason.


5. Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

The placing of an order denotes the knowledge &

acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
